Outstanding game of football. As good a half of football as any you will see all year. Had everything. Drama, intensity, last ditch defending and 4 top top class goals. Great advertisement for the game.

Is it me or is there something really satisfying about the Foden and Salah goals? When you hit the far corners from those angles it just looks sick. Most goals from those angles blast it through the near post or over the goalkeeper.

They construct the play as good as possible, but end of the day someone needs to put the ball in the back of the net.

Sterling is their only outlet who actually has pace, but he's so shit at finishing it's not funny. Once again he had a 1v1 and he stopped and tried passing backward.

Foden is the only one who is a sure starter in that front three. He's an amazing talent. Genuine Ballon d'or quality. Once he improves his finishing coming in from the left he'll be scary since his ball striking is already very good unlike Sterling.

City pulled off the PL without a CF last year because the competition all had an off year. I just think this year Chelsea, City, Pool will all have 90 points or so. That means constantly missing sitters is going to haunt them a lot more this season than it did last season.

Anyone else think Ederson is overrated? He might be the best ever goalie in terms of distribution, but his actual shot stopping isn't noteworthy at all. He's atrocious on 1v1s. He always mindlessly rushes out of his net.
