In terms of lineup no, but he did slightly switch up the shape. They've moved to a traditional 433 with Walker and Zinchenko hugging the lines who have no penetrative ability. If they don't take their upcoming chances they'll likely get torched on the counter.

Man C are more lucky this season, last few seasons they would have likely gone out, for example the pen awarded wouldnt have been given lol. They created not that much until the pen.

Pep continues to be too cautious in the CL, but in fact due to his team not great at defending (although thats improved a bit this season but still u never feel they will keep clean sheet), always prone to concede a goal or two.

This game was it was Zinchenko again hardly doing anything on the left, Walker basically just a 3rd CB, Mahrez predictable, so relying all on De Bruyne to create. Foden and Silva are not direct enough, so it wasnt that hard to defend against. Lucky that Dortmund arent defending either so Man C gets a goal from a shot due to poor defending in the corner which the GK should have saved.

I dont know, all in all it just feels very underwhelming that Man C got through lool... against one of the top sides u just get the feeling they might have gone out again?
