Re: The TV Series Thread - Part 5
James Spader has been single-handedly keeping that show going. He's fantastic in it.
It is very redundant though. The list itself is never-ending, it seems.

Banshee is great. Not everyone's cup of tea though.

Banshee is fantastic. I'm getting close to a re-watch of that soon.
I think it was mentioned before, but give Warrior a try. Same team from Banshee from a concept from Bruce Lee, whose daughter is a producer on the show.

Warrior sounds interesting. I'll give it a shot. I think I've seen a few clips of it from one of those YouTube channels that brings on stuntmen to talk about their jobs. The fights looked great.

Enjoying M.O.D.O.K on Hulu.
Good stuff from Marvel on a supervillain that definitely deserves more love than he gets.

Yellowstone is excellent. I love westerns so I'm a little biased.
To me, it's got a lot more in common with mob movies than with westerns, outside of the setting.
Enthralling show though.

Haven't started it yet, but it's Barry Jenkins so I'm sure it's going to be very good.
My fiance wants to watch it as well so I have to wait for her.

Mare of Easttown us very good watch. Kate Winslet is absolute powerhouse as usual. Very gripping crime mystery with bit of a heavy dose of tragedy.

Somewhat agree but even then the end left quite an impact on me. Also Cailee Spaeney in my new crush. Yeah I checked the wiki and she's not 17 and I am not pervert.

He never really grew on me tbh.
- Spoiler:
- also I had long suspicion on him, especially the way he was in control of his mom, thought makers were going for Norman Bates angle. Thankfully they didn't.

Taylor Sheridan is great at telling these stories. Same guy who did the Sicario movies.
First noticed him on Sons of Anarchy. Likely picked up a lot from Kurt Sutter.
