Wonder if keeps this unfailing weapon in his tweet cache only for the severest occasions
edit: no looks like he's rather exploiting his signature line at every occasion
It's such an iconic line. I was gob-smacked to learn he even watches football. He's an absolute rarity, in that regard. Tweet of the week for me tbh.
Not changing it, solely because of the AD reference.

I feel responsible. Liverpool winning the CL and the PL and then covid football kinda ruining the game has made me care quite little about what happens in football right now. I know I should be excited about our team, but somehow just can't be bothered in these circumstances...

Yes. Because it went to shit the moment big Sam entered, Art.
I am tempted to match the LFC timelines with you and Allardyce.

Pep Guardiola has described Sam Allardyce as a "genius" as he prepares to take his Manchester City side to West Brom on Tuesday

Feels like everytime I read about Pep, he’s describing some team or individual as extraordinary, amazing, genius, best in the world

This highly condensed schedule is what has likely had you forget and I cannot think of a worse season of football than this.

The bald fraud is now topping the PL while Simeone and his thugs are running away with La Liga. My nightmare scenario has come to fruition.

^^ all due to Croydon De Bruyne coming in and changing our final third dynamism. I can't wait to wipe the floor with United on Saturday. Hopefully ESR and Partey are 100% and ready to go

Re: 2020/21 Premier League Discussion
why is Liverpool even there
Liverpool are the most undeserving champions ever to play the next season in such a terrible way. Shit attitude because of the stupid management who just want grow the value of the club in business sense and not sign anyone when team needs help

Hopefully @Robespierre has been watching his boy Cancelo balling out. This freedom Pep has given him has really bought the best out of him.

this is not overreacting at all. I have been crying that we sign a capable and quality back up for our front three from last 5 transfer windows. A backup that Klopp fully trusts. I have posted about it multiple times in Liverpool section.
It finally happened in the form of Jota from Wolves and that too it was again in the form of an experimental signing; he was getting benched regularly and almost all the times towards his last few days at Wolves. No Liverpool fan was sure about this signing. You can even judge it by the reaction whole of GL gave when LFC announced his signing

Similarly many were asking for a backup CB. Nish does not trust Gomez, Matip does not trust his 60 year old bones. They were more than often injured during last 2 seasons. So if you find it cringe worthy, next time just ignore the posts. No need to overreact next time.
