Because only PL has VAR so it's unfair on lower clubs apparently that's why they scrapped it in cup games completely lol

I wouldn’t go so far as to claim that he’d then be beter than Neymar, I think he’s much too limited in his skill set to live up to that standard. I definitely would have rated him much higher if this was closer to his average level, though.

My problem with him is that he can waste 5 golden opportunities that you’d expect an elite player to at least make better use of, and he’d still be described as man of the match because he ultimately scored the winner.

It’s the end result that matters, of course, but I feel like his good matches give him a lot of leeway to be wasteful in multiple matches, and had he been a better player, I’d hold him to a higher standard than that.

He’s athletic, has good work ethic, can produce moments of brilliance every once in a while (particularly on counter attacks). Those are all good qualities. He would’ve slotted in perfectly as the main man of a midtable team, in my opinion.

Man C finally break through. Everton defended so well for so long but still cant hold on.

Just come to realize, but obviously Man C has a decent chance for the treble? Definitely on fire and on course, if Pep doesnt fk up in the CL and overcome Bayern Razz

Issue is that KdB-Rodri-Gundogan just doesn't work, I swear I've been complaining about for a long time. Not sure why, maybe lack of pace and energy? Maybe I underestimated Fernandinho greatness when prime David Silva-Fernandinho-KdB worked just fine. Swear even with Fernandinho those two (gundo/kdb) seem to not be able to function as well as they do individually. I notice with KdB playing that others seems to relax more and just wait for KdB to create something. We've been the our best football during his injury.

It helped that Bernardo seem to have come back from the shadow ream after Pep was forced to play him every week. As Rodri has made improvement in his second year as well. Positioning has improved and doesn't get caught out as much as last season. Seems like without Bernardo running around like a madman with infinite stamina makes up for Rodri immobility and midfield play is great this season. In regards to what to do with Kevin, would rather bench him or play him as a false 9 than to leave out Bernardo. I have no confidence in KdB-Rodri-Gundogan Midfield 3 in the league and specially in the CL against top teams.
