permanently

we sold him there because who needs the new Thiago if you have the old one, eh

tbf he was mentally blocked with us and leaving was his only chance, Lille quite apparently was a great choice as he looks rebuilt from the ground up as a player

first of all pioli is an idiot for grossly underestimating Lille. rests some of his best players on disposal and plays fucking krunic and castillejo on wings. no one on the right mind would do that given he had leao, rebic and even hauge on LW position. castillejo and krunic lost more ball that did anything productive

second, romangoli has convinced me that he is a big liability in big games. he can't handle pacy players or players who moves a lot. pushes yazici on his own box unnecessarily knowing that would be pk, he didnt even argue on that pk quietly admitting his guilt. another thing about romagnoli is that he keeps on drifting too wide towards theo's flank hence limiting space available for theo to operate. lastly, we needed his leadership, and its always kjaer most of the time who has been doing more. time to sell him

kessie was playing alright but for some reason him and tonali is not working. tonali keeps on moving towards opponent and kessie is running in spaces he was doing right thing but over time when lille kept pressing he just couldnt handle own its own, got better with bennacer but then we were playing catch up, risking more and hence lille had even more space to work on.

donnarumma what a silly goal he gave away easy save that ball bounced with a good pace on it, but that should have been saved. kjaer i cant blame him - he had his mistake but iam more pissed off with romangoli for being a liability. dalot sucked this game, first half rarely made any useful runs or support, second half he gave way too much space at the back , that made kjaer leave his own position.

we had 23 games unbeaten but games like this is needed for a wake up call. i mostly blame two individual for this loss - pioli for being gross management of game and team, and romagnoli for constantly being liability at the back

admittedly this was another test and we have failed. but what the fuck pioli .... fucking plays krunic on wings and castillejo i mean....seriously???!!! pioli had like 3 options on the bench, rebic, leao, hauge, anyone or even all of them would have been better than krunic / castillejo playing

poor man's Kessie (c) = Renate Sanchez. I wasn't taking a dig Kessie (c), he is a Milan legend somewhere between Shevchenko and Maldini.

No way, Celtic are complete trash, even 10 point behind Rangers in the SPL ffs for like the first time in 2 decades

Milan will win nothing, a team that has a few generic Italians, Calhanoglu who's dumb enough to sign for two clubs at once, Theo Hernandez (should I post his Bernabeu reception ball juggling again?) and a geriatric WWE character up top.

I mean, they might get past Real Madrid in the round of last 32 but quarters at the latest is where the story ends

Amazing goal from Laca

But I would like football fans to tell me more about how great Giroud is.

Puts in a good performance and now all I'm hearing is about how class Giroud is. He's not a bad player but there is a reason Arsenal didn't keep him and a reason he doesn't start for Chelsea. The man is the perfect picture of a 16 goal a season striker.

Could have, should have, won it last week for Chelsea and fluffed it Laughing

Give me Lacazette every day of the week and twice on sundays

EDIT: I should be clear that Lacazette himself isn't as prolific as he probably should be, but I think part of that is his time with Arsenal is when Arsenal has been in the most disarray, and filled with as poor quality players as they've had for a while. I think his numbers would easily beat Giroud's in the EPL if Laca had the Arsenal team Giroud had. I also think Lacazette is much better at most facets of the game than Giroud

The Norwegian NT has been improving a lot in recent years with the emergence of very talented young players like Haaland and Odegaard.

It can't be a coincidence, something has changed in your academies.

- really worried about Kjaer, what ibra is when it comes to winning mentality is what kjaer is to keeping that impeccable defensive stronghold, and i seriously hope he is only out for few games, and gets well deserved rest

- again romagnoli's very shaky defense is really a big concern ; dunno what happened to him recently but he is not fitting well with high line defense, he is not finding rhythm, he is not clicking well with either kjaer or gabbia.

- castillejo, i mean in this game he probably gets praise for his workrate, build up plays but apart from goal he had THREE big and easy opportunities to score further and NOT one shot on target. we need a proper goalscoring winger

- hauge is a great talent, unfortunately his primary position is LW , same as rebic and leao. he can do make shift AM or RW but kids need some time to settle ; magnificent goal and assist and could have more assist if not a cockup by castillejo

- clear to see that players like kjaer, hernandez need rest, otherwise we risk loosing them on long term injury

again i dont think we are yet to build to win because clearly players like castillejo and even romangoli when it counts seems to fumble and we dont have depth enough to mount the challenge but its better if people seems milan as low key and a team unlikely to pull anything out of hat. we are better off without those unnecessary expectations

hauge is there, patrick berg is there ; christoph ayer he is so tall and for a defender being tall he is terrible in aerial challenge but unbelieveably good in possession football i mean if he plays like deep lying playmaker or a one man defensive midfielder like busquets he would be great lol ...

there are some teams looks like in norway with some hidden talents which is great to see because its been a while to see norway being recognized in big stage and im extremely happy for it.
