If we want to rank for

how the ranking will be looks like?

I think
the top 2 could be either
Chelsea (Abramovich)
or Manchester City (Mansour).

Maybe for the third,
Psg (Nasser).

I think Chelsea has to be at the top, purely because we have the most European titles.
