I can't see how any manager is going to succeed at Barca right now.

Xavi isn't any different, he'll need a squad overhaul to play his way and Barca cannot afford that.

If they truely give him to 2024, he might be able to turn things around in a few years but he'll need a few years to do it.

Why would you think Xavi has taken a less risky job. This is a bottom barrel team and need a squad overhaul, but just like fans here everyone is expecting the team will do well immediately (because he is xavi). That says the amount of risks this job has. He needs to meet the expectation with this pathetic team and pathetic account. i dont think people will be happy to crash out of UCL or lose the classico in his first season either. Did not Pep and Luis take a much safer job then??

Pep definitely had a better squad when he took over but the season before iirc we lost 4-1 in clasico tbh and he made some bold choices like swapping Yaya for Busquets which were so important.

Your presidents represent your club. They're elected. They aren't all that Barca is about historically... but they are part of what Barca is. It's not something you can avoid.

This is not true and you know it, Everytime Ronaldo short comings in certain games get exposed, it's always the team fault and cr himself has overreacted plenty times on the pitch to incite the bernabaeu crowd to whistle his teammates and his selfishness on the pitch cost real Madrid alot of la Liga titles, and he gets away with all of it, saying dumb shit like that what it means to be elite etc, when he left Madrid look how the media,fans and neutrals acted like the club was doom and all the player were scrubs, same thing at juve fairly competitive team in Europe, got cr to put them over the top but he failed to live up to the hype, so people started trashing juve like no tomorrow, to excuse cr shorts comings, Messi and cr fanbases are the same.
