But I'm not ready to go into panic mode tbh.
I live in a big city. Emergency shopping is not part of my skillset. I buy what I need in the next day or two. If I run out of milk or toilet paper at 3am, I go and buy some. I'm not going to change my well-practiced behaviour just to indulge some common cold virus on steroids ffs.

Basically you reduce chance of infection.
Because you can take it by air , yes ,  but  you can have get  it if you take you hands on   your eyes, nose and mouth.

Two of my friends were in Milan and Lombardy for a week and they attended college on Monday before the French admin put out notice of stay up. That's just 2 of many. It's not reached my town yet but Amiens and Strasbourg both got its first case.

The Italian break out has made its way into South of France, not surprised.

The Diamond princess story is insane, they are getting symptoms 25 days after being quarantined. Italy is just going insane with nearly 80 cases per day.

We can't rule out  that Italy  got many cases simply because it is the only country that is doing  an 'ouse to 'ouse since  it has found out a "positive" person that had revealed  to have been in China etc

Italy is all about fashion and that comes from Milan and China loves the luxury and fashion market. Not surprised they got something from China.

It's because they're testing people.

Other countries don't test as much yet. Pretty sure people have been infected all over Europe by now, since this virus obviously is pretty contagious AND spreads before anyone noties symptoms.
