Different type of player, tactically he has nothing to do with Inter under Conte. That was the reason why we left him

Inter play only with a system, 3-5-2 ( Conte's been so integralist so far, even Eriksen struggles to find space due to this dogmatism) Sanchez is a SS, Perisic is a winger but not too good to defend for this system . Just a 4-2-3-1 /4-3-3 player

He's a good player, but he's next to 32 years and especially he earns 4.5 every year. Basically those reason because you didn't get back  him.
About English clubs,  Premier League clubs  usually don't sign old players.

Bayern Munchen account even made a video for say him goodbye, so it's sure he won't come back at Munchen.

have to say we got tonali in quite a reasonable price - and cellino was nice to us as well. think all of us milan fans are delighted with this - he will guarantee long term future plus with good senior games under his belt he will be ready to slot in. we will need to protect the kid and give him time he needs though

Everyone is playing poker.

Milik wants Juve, Juve wanted Milik, Napoli wanted 50m and for him not to go to Juve. Napoli said renew or dont play this season as his contract expires next summer, so they have to sell. As the dates pass Napoli has slashed their demands. Roma goes into negotiations for him for a lower price. If Milik goes to Roma then Dzeko goes to Juve basically. Now Roma aren't desperate to replace Dzeko, and Dzeko doesn't particularly want to leave, so Roma has no need to overpay for a player that will be free soon.

Double problem for Napoli as they have to accept a lower offer, and hope that Milik accepts Roma. If Milik refuses then Napoli will have to pay his salary one more year, and see him go for free to Juve afterwards.

Juve is negotiating with Suarez in parallel, so if Juve signs Suarez then Roma-Dzeko-Milik-Napoli is stuck. Roma would have no immediate destination for Dzeko. They may keep both for a season.
