Soooo, Valverde will miss the game after his red card. Ramos will miss the game too after playing injured for a whole half. Apparently he's going to miss two weeks. This will be a real test of character for the boys. Time to really show they can play without Ramos.

Who knows if Benz is injured or not. The team hasn't started training yet so it remains to be seen if he joins his teammates or not

We are playing at home so we should be able to squeeze out a win. Without Valverde we are going to be super boring yet again, kicking the ball from side to side without end product. We should start James this game, we need his creativity and long shot ability

I think we’ll be just fine without Ramos. The absence of Valverde will likely be felt, but we’ll just have to make the most of it.

Ramos is back in full training and should start tomorrow. This guy is an absolute warrior. Puts players like Salah to shame with his determination. Football will miss him when he retires

That leaves Hazard, Valverde and Asensio as our only absentees

If ZZ wants whats best for RM he should focus on developing Vinicius. He is that winger we haven't had since Ronaldo's second season. He made better decisions today but his shots are still terrible unfortunately

Casemiro is a better finisher than all our attackers bar Benz.

We can't keep relying on our midfielders and defenders to bail us out with goals every single game. At some point our attackers have to stand up and be counted

I have not seen a single team in the whole of Europe that have similar expectations like we have for our midfielders. We want them to create, score, defend, press, prevent us from conceding and if they fail to do any of that we demand a new shiny toy

We have a terrible frontline. I can only count on Benz, Hazard and Vini from all of them and we have a bunch of them on our roster. Sell them all and get Mbappe. I am done waiting

Look at that Bråland (sp?) lad. Went to Dortmund and scored a hattrick on his debut. We have players pointing at Jovic' head for giving an assist. I know our bar has fallen incredibly low after being lumbered with a cat for 10 odd years but i am not prepared to go through it again. Either they score and make themselves useful or they feck off

This might give us the league but we'll never win the CL like this. We need just that one attacker who has even an ounce of Ronaldo's desire and determination to score. That's why we won all those CLs. We knew we could send him a ball however bad and he'd find a way to score. Now we have Benz who tbf tl him has been excellent but apart from him......NOONE!!
