Gut feeling Trump wins again vs Biden, just don't think Biden and establishment offer anything. On the other hand Trump can point out his strong economy, and play the anti establishment rhetroic.

Regarding the inpeahment, it is a shame imo. There are many things the Dems can persue to impeach Trump truly, but they chose this because he went after one of their own. Exposing the other party corruption is a red line and unwritten rule of what not to do in American poltics. Trump attempted to leaverage Hunter and Joe Biden corruption in Ukraine to build up for his reelaction. This was impeachable offense from the party perspective. Polsi recently admitted that she knew George Bush was lying to the public regarding the Iraq war, but that was not impeacgable. So
This saga is not about moral or Constitutional obligation, this is about protecting one of their own.

Hillary didn't have competition. If she did, the data wouldn't have backed that up because she is an extraordinarily disliked politician, the most ever nominated by the party.

If Trump wins it has everything to do with who Democrats put up. Democrats have done nothing to change and provide alternative message to the Trump campighn. Since they lost in 2016, they have blamed everyone but themselves for their loss, either it was Russia or Berniie backers.

Unemployment is the lowest its been since 1969. You are aware that was 20 years before both of us were born right? In fact that was before my mom was born. What message could they give that would get your mom out of the bed to vote next year?

Americans dont care about corruption. We re-elected Bush in 04(not us as we were in high school, but you get the point).

Unless the market tanks it will come down to Biden convincing people it was him and Obama who caused this turn around...and he'd be right.

People with jobs arent going to be motivated to get off their ass to vote somebody out just for the promise of "Free" stuff.

This country is fundamentally better now than it was in 2008. Is it because of trump? No, but hes at the wheel and the only other person running who could make an argument for the car running is Biden....and even that might not be enough if things stay where they are. People will just stay home, or go to work.

I tend to agree with CBarca. Trump is doing very poorly in the states that gave him the presidency in 2016. I mean he's underwater in Georgia ffs. GEORGIA. Texas is poised to be a purple state and Arizona will be hotly contested in the West, given its the home state of John McCain and they won't have forgotten how Trump treated him before he died. He cannot win in 2020 without the states he's currently underwater in.

What I'm concerned about is the electors. Trump will go this route again and this time the Dems have to pay better attention to these electors and not take them for granted. This is exactly how Trump won in 2016. The popular vote is only part of it.

Most jobs created are low wage part time though. People aren't really doing better, there's a ton of working poor, none of which should exist in the world's richest country.

Most jobs have always been low wage, and less than full time. People have some mythical idea of America in the 50's where 1 man could afford to take care of their family on a factory job, with a white picket fence, a stay at home wife, 3 kids, and a dog. That isnt realistic, and that wasnt the reality for most back then. Minorities in America didnt have a pot to piss in, nor a window to throw it out of. The jobs were even worse then than now because at least with Uber or Mcdonalds you can come home. Plenty of people were traveling and didnt even have a home to go to when they came back.
