Billy Gilmour was amazing for Chelsea. Perfect midfield display.

Also saw the best and worst of Ross Barkley. Explosive, but untidy.

Liverpool were just meh. Their defending has suffered recently and lack of fluidity up front has really been showing.

i dont get klopp sometimes tbh. if he wanted to win the FA cup then why not go with his best team and if he didnt care about the FA cup why bring on firmino and salah when the game was lost.

Happy to win, but not happy to see two crucial injuries.

Hopefully they're not bad, otherwise we'll have to start Gilmour for a lot of games this season (what a player :bow:

).

Only have 1 fit winger and 3 fit CM's including Gilmour. Jeez.

It's not a good run but the team they had out today was...not good.

I'm not sure the first team feels any sort of way about this result.

That's all well and good but they've played starters in their other losses. It's 3 in 4 matches now.

I think it'll be a bit of a slump, but they'll still win the PL.

That away loss is not so unusual under Klopp, if with Hendo or without him.

I can bet if there is any thread, if Henderson plays even 70 minutes of the Atletico match, we will progress. And it is just a matter of time before we turn it around not only with results but also performances. And just for the record
