Yes.. haaland is actually more of a generational player than mbappe. My God, what a force of nature. This guy focuses on one thing does it a fucking shitload without giving 2 fucks. At a rate comparable to any all time great at any stage or atmosphere.... at 19 FFS!!!!

I’d rather have haaland than mbappe 9 times out of 10 if I were mehdrid.

edit: actually, Mbappe is not a number 9. Any club signing him to play as a lone striker is making a huge mistake

That would be a boring war. I don't mind conceding that Danny Welbeck is better than Haaland, if it makes someone on here happy The only Norwegian player I admittedly have a bias towards, is Martin Ødegaard.

That said, I thought this was pretty surprising. I recall someone on here claiming that Haaland was slow, or not that fast. I knew that wasn’t true, as he’s been described as the fastest player on our NT by some of his team mates. I didn’t know he was this fast, though.

Wow. He's just a super striker. Has a deadly left foot, excellent movement, and deceptively quick. He reminds me of Christian Vieri.

He’s a pure goal scorer and that’s what you sign him for. So why would I take mbappe who doesn’t even score as much, is a one dimensional tap-in merchant, isn’t the best at anything, doesn’t have as good a positioning and isn’t even that good technically to do other stuff on the pitch.

Mbappe isn’t going to give you spectacle like Neymar, or score shitloads like Ronaldo or be a genius like Messi and isn’t even as young as the haaland himself but with this force of nature you’re at least sure of one thing, he’ll give you fucking shitload of goals and score absolute bangers for you.... Unlike the tap in merchant who isn’t really that good at anything else.

Plus going by GLs rule book, haaland plays in a tougher league.
