Haven't watched any of Celta of course, but back when Slovakia had him and Skriniar in the U21 euros he looked excellent, hyped them both together back then. I guess he did become a real player.

Hyped him up when he was at Empoli and since then he's:

-Gained a move to PSG for 50M
-Became the second guaranteed starter on Argentina
-A part of the Copa America team of the tournament
-Was starting for PSG pre-winter break back in December last I checked

He hasn't set the world alight but wouldn't consider him a failed hype job all things considered. PSG fans have said his form has turned around recently. I wouldn't write him off yet.

Guy has had a tough time as he's been out for 2 years with ACL injuries. Pep hasn't helped matters by playing him as an inside fullback either. I'd give Mendy until the end of the season before writing him off. I don't think he's finished yet.

I’ve probably had a few failed hype jobs here and there, but the ones being named are hardly legit flops. Not my fault when players are constantly getting injured.

That being said, my success list is much higher. Shame people only focus on your L’s. I genuinely have one of the better track records on here when it comes to predictions. That’s a fact.
