Wanda 'd have accepted both Napoli and Monaco ( 2 rich offers, Monaco'd have given so much money to him - so M99 is completely correct. Napoli 'd have been a good choice also from technical point of view, it's a team who 's arrived above Inter for year  - but it was just Icardi to refuse it.

Cannot see the reason for Roma jumping on two players who have basically underperformed for years now; in the form of Kalinic and Mkhitaryan despite the opportunity behind it.

Roma have shown shrewdness to capitalise upon the Armenian and Smalling in two surprise moves yet the former simply has not been producing for 2 seasons now.

And loaning out Schick and being replaced for Kalinic? At least Schick has not reached his ceiling and should be given another chance whereas the Croat simply has reached his and proven not to be a prolific player.

Only explanation I can form is that both Kalinic and Mkhitaryan are both ambidextrous to which I suspect Fonseca desires and I get why given that quality is so so much more needed than one would think.

As for Icardi, he simply is a low IQ individual and has shown that numerous times in his youth time in Barça and Inter and is just naturally prone to such things whilst hiding behind a used up slag's skirt.

Maxi indeed is smiling. And I'd hope so given what he has had to go through in the last four years.

Transfer deadline is so boring when EPL are not participating

Mkhitaryan is a hard worker who is still capable of scoring goals. He isn't finished but has gone really inconsistent. I think he will be better in Serie A than the PL.
