Brazzo just confirmed this on live tv.
Terrible stuff. We are a joke. Our coach is a joke. Our DoF is a joke. These people are all over the place. Need all of them to be fired.

dunno how you can be disappointed in this move, was clear you wouldn't be getting any big targets permanently at this point in the window
he will be good for you for a season, you won't sign him and hope something better is available next summer
masterclass from Buyern imo
Coutinho as the main man will be great.

Mismanaged at Barcelona, he's a good player. Will probably shine at Bayern if used right.

WTF is going on in, what's with the loans and weird transfers.
If they don't buy all the talent from Bundesliga like usual, that unbought talent will end up beating them in the league.

I am 100% certain they are not triggering that clause Bayern living on handout from Barca/Real

From Barca's POV the goal is not for Buyern to pay the 120 buyout but for Coutinho to have a good/great season so that we then resell him for more than 50 mil

Also we're getting rid of Coutinho's wages for a year + getting 20 million so that a little boost towards Neymar deal being completed.

Re: Welcome to FC Bayern, Philippe Coutinho
Coutinho simply is not a very good player beyond especially after more erudite defenders learn his snail trail pattern nor is he Bayern class but may come in refreshing in such stale times within the quarters of the club.

That didn't work for us and James. Instead other teams wanted a similar loan deal instead

Re: Welcome to FC Bayern, Philippe Coutinho
So Bayern will pay exactly how much for the loan? If he stays for just the one season or if they decide to sign him next season?

Re: Welcome to FC Bayern, Philippe Coutinho
The fee is a bit crazy (if true), but I'm sure he'll be a success for Bayern. It's a good signing imo.

You're not getting rid of the wages AND 20 million lmao.
The 20 million loan fee are his wages, or at least a big part of it.

Bayern Munich will pay an amount of money for signing Coutinho on loan and they will also cover the player's wages. At the end of the season the German club will have an option (not a mandatory one) to buy the Brazilian. [@AdriaAlberts]
I just read this, you might be right though

I assume it's a mixture.
Coutinho gets wages at Barca that we are not paying anyone of our players (something like 20m net?, which would be more than double of Lewandowski and Neuer).
You can be certain that we will not officially pay him that much wages, but we will surely only cover a part of the wages, while the rest will be covered by the 'loan fee'.

Niko Kovač on Philippe Coutinho: "We are all happy that we got such a big name player and a world star. He is a bit behind in training because he was at Copa América but we will get him ready. The whole Bundesliga can be happy to have him here.” (Source: Sky Sports)
Sounds like a permanent signing
140M on signing the biggest/most expensive flop of all time
Good grief
