Honestly nothing I saw would warrant a 10.0 rating lmao. Perisic was good that's it.
Coutinho was actually pretty shocking to see the extent of his bad passing live

Re: The Bundesliga Thread 19/20
Got a question for the fans from Germany here - so I read the ESPN article about RB Leipzig, that they are generally hated by all other fans since they are not a tradtionally club? A bit like a commercial club with no history kinda thing, which is important in many German people's minds?
What happens if they do maintain the lead sneak the title from Bayern? From an outsiders pov, I think it would be good simply just to not see Bayern win it every year.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread 19/20
It is kinda irrational in my mind that there is this hate on for Red BUll from all the other supporters, but I also understand the reasons why.
The Bundesliga wants to remain traditional, for the fans sake, cheap ticket prices, standing terraces, beer served in the stadium, no Monday night football ( because fans cant go away and see their team play on a Monday night, get properly drunk and be back for work on Tuesday) etc.
Also the clubs are all supposed to be owned at least 51% by the fans. This is supposed to stop, things like, lets say a rich Arab or Russian buying a club and then doing whatever they want, or worse bailing out on the club and leaving them to die, or cheapening it with American car ads or Arab airlines Or Russian mafia companies (like Shcalke sponsors), or all the evils that come with big corporations and investors ruining everything, which I get. Honestly I do get it and dont like it.
A lot of fans dont like Hoffenhiem either because the Billionaire SAP (Dietmar Hopp) guy more or less backs them. I personally dont find this case bad. If I have billions of dollars and actually played at that club, why shouldn't I invest money in it.
Another reason the fans dont like Red BUll Leipzig is because they are part of this Red Bull Empire, so of course RB Leipzig will get all the good players from all the feeder teams, like that giant man-child kid at Red Bull Salzburg.
I think probably the biggest reason for the hate is that they took this small 5th div club from the suburbs of Leipzig and within 5 years or some short time period, turned them into a 1st div club, by just throwing money into it. I dont know, Leipzig dont spend all that much money, Bayern or Dortmund spend a lot more on players then RB does.
But yeah, I have no problem if they win the league and not just saying that as a life long supporter of the club.

@elfmeter, you are a Leipzig fan???
I actually don't mind the present club structure (50+1) in German League. It has worked, hasn't it? Besides, we have seen too many instances of a club suffering at the hands of obnoxious owners.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread 19/20
Thought this nonsense with a 100 attacking midfielders/wingers would stop with Haaland‘s signing ffs. Guess they are trying to calm the hype, which is fair.

Surprised that Haaland is not starting, though they now have two Jokers in the pack, with El Paco on the bench as well

Hmm, the VARobots reverse the penalty call, kinda, as they give a foul outside the box. It looks like he gets ball, but it also looked like a wild challenge. The VARobots are actually in a computer room in Koln.

Florentino Perez cares I think which is why Haaland, for what it's worth, has no future at Real Madrid. The 90s telenovela latin lover looks were what got Solari the job, after all.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread 19/20
Tell you what
With Haaland and soon with the addition of Germany's supreme CM talent, Can, the CL game against PSG could become more interesting than it initially was.
Won't rule out Dortmund knicking PSG in the CL although they still start as huge underdogs ofcourse.
