Feel kinda encouraged going forward, tho. Compared my last week against Warrior (coz he's the current leader) and I would have drawn 4-4 against him.
You and Mole took some unfortunate losses this week. Tight in many categories.
You had a good week, losing 7-2 isn't really an accurate reflection of the week imo.

aye fam, be reasonable, you want to cripple me in three pointers?
I offered you Wendell who gives you more points and more rebounds and a better FG% than Isaac.

Carter Jr has no charisma and poor defensively. Isaac is a much better player.
In fact i expect counter offers, you guys jokingly offered me Wendell Carter and Jeff Teague, i ask for Hield and Turner which i know you will reject so if we both make an effort in negociations, we can settle somewhere in between, in your case that would be Valanciunas

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
i could possibly regret this. Especially since I believe Valanciunas will only improve as the season progresses, and like Mole pointed out not too sure if Isaac will keep his current numbers up for the season.
But fuck it, let's lock it in mate

I'm definitely surprised you were considering sending off Isaac for Valunciunas. I think I've helped you get a better player here

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
that's why i wanted to wait, i knew you wanted to get rid of Chris Paul
El G --> Nothing personal it's just better business for me
Luca --> Can't get rid of Harrell anymore, since i just traded Isaac. Both have been covering my ass during Ayton's absence. Had CBlocks rejected my trade, i'd have done Isaac vs Valanciunas, then turn around and trade Harrell for a shooter (i was thinking Bledsoe). Need at least 4 reliable PF/C.

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
I actually have really grown to like Paul on my team and he's improved from his first couple games into a more consistent fixture with OKC (the first 5 games were concerning with SGA really taking lead ball duty, and Paul hanging in the background).
It was a tough decision for me but I think it was a good one. Isaac has been a beast and while he'll probably regress, I think he'll keep his very good stats in steals and blocks. Fits my team with great FT% and even hits 3s.
I'll field offers for Kawhi, btw

Wow... I must wake up to this?.!?
And here i was thinking you have an actual even keeled head on your shoulders, CB. But congrats on selling the league to @Warrior. I want to say Warrior could have given me the chance to counter offer, but in all honesty i don't think i would have raised the level of stupidity that CB folded into.

A rough night in the office for the Mambas.
Markkanen hasn't looked like an NBA player this season, don't know what's up with him. Wish someone else took him in the draft, felt like you guys left him to me lol.

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
My team is just in a really bad spot atm, i keep trying to find holes from free agency to plug the insane gap left by my two main injured guards, but some players are just not consistently performing enough for me to settle down on a specific set up. I feel like Urban could trounce me this week.
Or maybe it's just me still being pissed off at that trade between CB and Warrior. My team has started awful every week and came through clutch by the weekend, so we'll see.
i've noticed his underwhelming performances too. He was a great fantasy asset with his treys, points and rebound in the last stretch of last season. Would've been happy to get him if he fell down lower in the draft.
I still think his numbers aren't too bad though, just the FG%

Weird trade.
Are the blocks really worth it? And can Isaac sustain that block rate even if it is?
Obviously there are injury and trade concerns with Paul, but this is a big risk.

Next step i was asking either Hield or Love, i assume you would reject
Would not mind keeping Isaac, as i said before, he's a very good player. I am not fan of one club in particular, i watch many random games, so i have no bias.
His progression curve follows the path of last season, i expect him to improve his rebounds and shootings.
So i might have the edge on paper right now, would not be surprised if we look back in 2 months and laugh because i got fleeced.

stupid trade from CB's part, mate.
Because of this Habs improves in treys, points, assists and steals, and doesn't lose that much rebounds. Only loses out on blocks.
And this is a Habs team who already puts big numbers up across the board.
@Mole how many votes against a trade does it take to veto a trade?

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
I vote against every trade out of sheer jealousy because I really love trades and it hurts me not being involved, but this is what CB wants.
Voting against a trade serves a purpose if someone already lost all chances and gives his players to someone else.
Or we could do what NBA did when Paul was gonna be a Laker

You guys want to veto our trade that's a low-baller move

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
Isaac is a better fantasy player right now.
Paul so far is marginally better at 3's and points. He's better at assists. That's it. I can replace that.
There are also huge question marks over him being traded during the season and he gets injured every season. Y'all can complain but you chose not to select Chris Paul until I did at #43.

We're not complaining, we're like the guys from those NBA discussion shows, the hot take, what's it called.
El G is that worst guy who said 51 year old Jordan would beat prime LeBron 1 on 1.
I am like Mourinho commenting on EPL with scrubs.

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
It‘s annoying when people get offended at trade attempts.
If you don‘t like a trade then try to counter at least? Or try to see what you need vs what the other player needs and try to meet in the middle? If you don‘t want to trade a player then simply hit refuse instead of getting all pissy.
How many trades have actually happened since the start... two? And we‘re about to veto the third as well apparently.
