And we're talking about Griffin who missed 50 games 3 times in the past 5 seasons, and is actually injured now  Compared to Demar who misses like 5 a season

In fact, now that I actually checked stats, this would have been a pretty bad trade for me

Griffin was 25-7.5 and 5.0 with 2.5 3s at 46 and 75% clip, it's not even close.

Yes DeRozan might have slightly better defensive stats but none of that is enough of a difference to matter lol.

The trade packet I'm more or less willingly offering is Derrick Rose (averaging 20pts with an incredible-for-a-PG 56.2 FG%!) with either Nance Jr, Saric or Millsap. Doesn't necessarily have to be two players in return.

A couple of you have shown interest in Shai Gilge-Alex, but he's started the season so well that it would probably take something too valuable for me to let him go.

(I'm tanking rebounds btw, so any trades offering them are turned down).

Yeah, I know, my story under questioning is that being the 10th pick really shafted me on centers, I have only garbage in that department. You can find a half-decent player for any position from free agency except the center, it's a horrible area to be struggling in. Would probably trade even Porzingis for the right offer...

Also Griffin is significantly better, because he has some slight disadvantages in certain categories that will never actually matter lmao.

Volume of production matters way more than small insignificant percentages which doesn't actually impact the overall result.

Looking at our talent it shouldn’t be surprising.

We’ve got three DPOTY caliber defenders in Dwight, AD and LeBron (when he gives a shit about defense. He was robbed in Miami). And Danny Green is a top 5 perimeter guy. And then there’s Bradley who had a bad year but generally plays like a non-dirty Beverley.

If you’ve got two inside defenders at that level it’s hard not to be great on defense. No matter who else is on.

Can’t wait for our Defense when Iggy gets here.

Nah he's right, LeBron when he can be arsed is a great defender.

This year so far he's been arsed, helps that he's being backed up by elite rim protection.
