They haven't got any other option but to talk about AD in all manner of ways, he's the big addition to the Lakers. LeBron was there already last season and they still missed the playoffs and the rest of their team is reeeeally unexciting, so they've got to talk about AD. Besides it's much more cringe when they talk about LeBron going on a revenge tour or whatever.

Its impossible to predict how the league will look in 7 months.
But assuming everything stays the same (no injuries, players dont improve or decline, ect.) that team, isnt good enough or consistent enough to finish 4th in the west. Preseason is meaningless, in every sport. It starts to break you in physically for the season, but thats about it.

I think they have solid options for every position except the C. But honestly, I have no idea how good these teams are going to be lol, looking at my own list I would already put the Nuggets higher than 7th. But the Pels have got some good 3-point shooters who could get open looks with Ingram and Zion driving inside. Talking about Zion, he's missing the last preseason game due to knee soreness, just an excuse for resting him or something to be worried about? hmm

Nothing to worry about yet, if he doesn't fly to Toronto for opening night then it's a concern.

For now it's just an awesome way to troll Knicks fans tbh, they are not even allowed to see Zion dunk on them :bow:

Depends what you mean by "into a playmaker" because he was the main ball handler/decision maker in Toronto too.

Don't see the issue regardless, the one criticism of Kawhi has been is it's a lot easier to load up on him and make him a passer than other top 5 players.

If he gets better at that then it's a good thing, it's only a bad thing if he starts passing more than scoring which i really doubt will happen.
