Well, it seems like Barca's problem right now is that none of their player wants to go to PSG, not a sinlge one. So you can't trade players + cash if none of the players agree, and hence you have to pay in cash. Unless PSG convince some of those guys, not sure barca will put up the cash, and so Neymar will come next season.

I feel bad for PSG, they could lose Neymar this summer and Mbappe next summer lol

The thing is nobody should take any of this seriously.

Neymar 100% ends at Barca. He would come but it'll most probably be on Monday. PSG are trying not to look like clowns at the moment so they're trying to get their last 2 mins of fame before the window ends. Infact I can bet that dembele includes himself in that deal, otherwise it's all over for him at barca.
