I mean for a 'hoax' my current TV looking much better than anything I've ever owned in the 1080p range is something I can live with.
And I actually set the new TV up next to the old one when it first arrived out of curiosity.
I got it when daredevil season 3 came out and watching them side by side it was clear the difference was there.

That may well be very true, but your 4K looking better than your HD has nothing to do with the higher resolution the 4K provides but due to newer technology it uses (OLED, HDR, better contrast etc.).Tomwin Lannister wrote:I mean for a 'hoax' my current TV looking much better than anything I've ever owned in the 1080p range is something I can live with.

Won’t happen. That would spell the death for PS Now, which despite still having a very limited library of games, is something Sony invested a lot of money into creating. It would also mean that they’d lose what they’ve been making through selling vastly overpriced PS1/2 classics in the PS Store with each new console generation. They’ll definitely restrict backwards compatibility in one way or another.

There was a patent a while back which stated that's the case, but we'll see if they actually use it.
Patents like they are are filed for all the time, i'd take just PS4 tbh.

I mean if anything i wouldn't be surprised if it's tied to PS Now tbh, they'll want to push it in a big way.

Re: PlayStation 5
They'll be launch titles too, as in their likely launch with the console. (at least some will)
Not that it matters, we're more than a year away from launch so it's irrelevant.

Looks like the sort of lineup people make up everytime.
Socom, Demon Souls etc are faketastic.

Re: PlayStation 5
Yes, it has a very small hardcore group but i don't see why it would be greenlit in this day an age.
At least Demon Souls has the Souls fans behind it, but i don't think that's what Bluepoint working on based on their wording.
