TBF I would expect nothing less from Simeone than this kind of work, even for players like Joao Felix. I've seen the offensive minded Biesla do the exact same.

But looking the bigger picture, Atleti are using him all wrong and the way they play will bring them more collective chances than any other but absolutely no chance they will get the best out of Felix like this. Hopefully he moves on sooner rather than later. Big talent going to waste.

Wtf is Chelsea continuing to do? Brings in yet another player maker or support striker type... they are absolutely overloaded with these types of attackers already? Pulisic, Havertz, Sterling, Auba, Ziyech, Mount, etc. Man they still havent found a proper striker after so many yrs?

Banter aside, I think this is a mistake and idk why Felix expects to have a breakout season at Chelsea who are going through quite a bit of a crisis. Arsenal seemed like the most sensible destination, nicer style of play and could help them win the league. Chelsea is like the english counterpart of Atleti basically

On the flip side Chelsea play in the CL and Arsenal don't. That could've been the decider, but I still believe it's foolish to follow this logic since Arsenal will be back in CL next season. Then again, Felix also chose Atleti ahead of other big clubs who wanted him back then, so his career choices are very dubious overall
