danyjr wrote:You're absolutely right. And look how that's worked out for you. No CL spot since he left 5 years agoM99 wrote:We were like freakin 13th when he got sacked. At that time it was unacceptable and the squad was certainly better than a lot of teams ahead of us. It is not a paradox that he did poor in his final season at Milan and managed to do very well at Juve. Ranieri was at Inter and then he won the PL with Leicester. Was Inter idiots for not sticking with him despite results on the pitch being poor? He can go on to win a treble at his new club and this still won't acquit him from his previous failures. But nah entitled fan got what they deserve because of wanting a coach who had them in 13th place on the table sacked Another brilliant piece of wisdom from danyjr.
And he would not get CL spots either if he stayed considering he was in the lower half of the table when he left.
Kindly stop spouting clueless nonsense.

Dans la foulée de l’annonce du départ d’#Allegri, ce dernier a aujourd’hui déjeuné avec Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Président de Manchester City.

I'm not comparing shit. You're the one who thinks that Guardiola is motivated by the same things that motivate you. You, a guy that sits on his couch and yells "robbery" every time that things go against your team.
Don't be hysterical
If you are the king of the Premier League , if you have just won a fantastic and competitive league , don't have reasons to leave this sort of heaven for leading a club of a minor league that win his league wirh +20 points on 2nd on the table.
Perhaps It Is clearer now
Apparently, it is still not clear for you: Guardiola is Guardiola, you are you. Two completely different persons and you have no idea what the fuck raises his flag.
Interesting, so it's useless to continue to talk about football on GL , we can close our accounts now

You are assuming Chelsea to be rational. They are 3rd, have 2 cup finals, and are now on the EL final. But Sarri will be sacked.
For all talking about the bald fraud, he keeps reiterating that he will stay at City next season.

But you're not talking about football, you're talking about what's in Guardiola's head and it's not a given that he is 100% rational.

He said exactly what he was supposed to say before a cup final, just like Agnelli did after Juventus-Ajax.

He's looking at the situation in a logical way, calm down and stop being hysterical. No need to lash out for letting fantasy get shattered by reality.

Re: Allegri Sack Watch
if Ancelotti didn't go in Napoli last year he'd have been next Juve coach ( again after 99-2001) surely for me.
CR7 loves him , used to win CL, knowledge of the Italian football..Every tile in its place. Juve fans at the stadium don't love it, but that's irrilevant in football.
Anyway I can't imagine that De Laurentiis frees now, of course.
Moreover they'll have transfer ban.
In this difficult situation, a new manager can do worse than a manager who has (at least) familiarity with the group.
Honestly I'd be surprised if he gets sacked but evidently there's something

Are...are you coming at me there? These were your words..
You are just comparing a great player but at the end of career , 33ys not wanted from his president anymore and looking for his last important contract
Was just saying, at Madrid, he was not at the end of his career.
Please do not let our shared hatred of Jjuve be clouded by silly things as I agree with you wholeheartedly. Why would Pep ever leave oil rich, PL rich and a much better squad in City for Jjuve playing in a league that watched a black man get racist chants and said "don't worry about that, it's k".

Except that what he said made as much sense as saying that Guardiola will come to Juve because he wants to coach Ronaldo or because he's a coward and he knows that it will be very difficult to win in PL next year.
As for hysteria, I leave it to you and the rest of the red, blue and black nations, it has become your second nature in the last few years. My fantasy has been already fulfilled, the only names that can shatter it are Deschamps and Mou.

This is really my favourite piece of news. The amount of injuries we had every season under Allegri was absurd. Totally handicapped the team every year. It will be good to go into a crucial match with a chance of not seeing half the team injured for it.

I fondly remember us fielding CDM Thiago Silva and Angela Merkel in the CL due to injuries.

Not the doctors, but the athletic staff and that was a given since they usually are part of the coach's staff.

Di Marzio has just said Conte is moving to Inter 100% , and next Juve manager will be one between Sarri and Simone Inzaghi

Simone Inzaghi
Tactically very sound and a terrific manager under pressure along with his squad management but relatively unimaginative as well and too safe in his thinking.
He is perfect for Lazio but will not work at all in Juventus especially with Cristiano who cannot stand negativity in managers.

Re: Allegri Sack Watch
rumors of Conte to Juve had totally died down. Seems like he has already committed to Inter. Like I said before, expect Inzaghi. Apparently he cancelled his pre match conference today as well.Robespierre wrote:Di Marzio has just said Conte is moving to Inter 100% , and next Juve manager will be one between Sarri and Simone Inzaghi
Exciting, he managed to make such an attacking Lazio with Immobile, Luis Alberto and Sergej, and won 2 trophies in our era of total domination. A match against his Lazio was usually our most difficult of the season, often managed to screw us tactically.

The good news is that Di Marzio is useless for Juventus news. On Wednesday, he had Allegri extending. Meanwhile, someone else had it at 1% two weeks prior, 0.0001% the previous week and 0% on Monday.

Re: Allegri Sack Watch
Anyway, some rumors:
Paratici met with Inzagi - Criscitello
there were contacts with Sarri - Pedulla (he's close to Sarri from what I hear)
Nedved wasn't at Allegri's press conference because he was meeting with the company that manages Pep's image rights
Agnelli met with Mourinho
No chance of Inzaghi - Momblano
