The only reason it's become something of a "dicussion" is because Dallas decided to tank everything at trade anyone resembling a talented player.

Barnes, Matthews, DSJ and DeAndre Jordan all gone. For a rookie to lose his entire team is tough.

You have to compare Trae + the first rounder they got to Doncic though.

It means the extra pick is never gonna be worth the difference between Trae and Doncic, because Zion is the only value in a terrible draft class.

That he's nowhere close to Doncic? Still stand by that. Trae is Isaiah Thomas on defense and I don't know how you'll ever win with that. He's better than anticipated, but I still think Atlanta made an astronomical mistake in drafting him. They could've had Doncic and John Collins together and they'd be the best young duo in the league.

I absolutely love John Collins though. That guy is so fucking good and will be a force.

As a regular season wins go, that's a pretty big one for Philly.

Morant and Zion together also fits perfectly and they've got chemistry already.

Watching Toronto and i think i might have underestimated Gasol trade somewhat.

I still think he's washed in most aspects but there's one thing he still is excellent at which is playmaking which is pretty damn vital when you consider the rest of their roster.

Having Lowry, Siakim and Leonard play off him seems very good and a really hard offence to stop.

On the flip side, their bench seems to suck lol.

On the other hand Valanciunas has been impressive now that his usage has gone up at Memphis, compared to what it was at Toronto. The Raptors absolutely lost that trade, imo.

He's had a great season, definitely. Just don't believe he's been on Giannis's level. It's not really particularly close for me. I'm incredibly biased though

What was the point of the Zubac & Beasley for Muscala trade again? Lakers got a free roster spot... that they didn't use for anyone.

The incompetence of the Lakers front office might just mean that the Lakers will never be a contender even with Lebron there.

Tatum was so polished coming out of college and he has shown no signs of improvement. Boston should trade him fast while he's still got this dumb value some people give him.
