Pretty happy with how my fantasy guys have been performing. Noticed that Vibey boy has dropped Ibaka, who has been better than my Toronto big guy Valanciunis, tempted to swap... But every time I saw Ibaka last season he was totally meh, so don't know should I. Mirotic has been even better than I thought, some Bulls fan was already speculating whether he'll be an all-star this season x)

I stay awake at night wondering what my fantasy team would be if Art didn't cockblock my Mirotic and Leonard picks tbh.

They weren't obvious at those points in the draft either, I was so convinced they'd be available ffs.

I had my doubts about Kawhi, like you would when he doesn't play the season before, but I don't really like Westbrook or fancy watching his games, so didn't go for him. I thought about Embiid, but was worried they'd put him on minutes restrictions again. So Kawhi felt somewhat obvious to me, after ruling those two out.

But Mirotic, yeah, I get why you would've thought you'd get him. Too bad for you I had seen him win games for the tanking Bulls all on his own last season and knew he could be great this season x)

Yeah if anyone was going to take him earlier than usual it probably was always going to be you.

With that said I'm starting to see where my team might come together. There's still a couple of spots I'm unhappy with but usually over the season that's something which can be fixed.

I dropped Ibaka because I would have lost on rebounds and blocks anyway, got Cedi Osman and that worked out pretry well for me TBH. Thinking about dropping Dwight Howard as well, gonna mess up my FT%, all my players are 80%+ and I don't need rebounds anyway tbh. Can I play without centers or do I have to have a couple?

You need Centers to fill the spot. Else you might risk having to bench someone when all teams play and lose out

We've got like 50 national televised games. No players will rest for those

Like much of us in the West you can't really afford to tbh.

OKC won't rest PG and Russ very often, Utah won't rest Mitchell and Gobert etc and same goes for most of the playoff teams.

You can't really afford it as last season showed, 1 game can be the difference between home court and 7th seed.

We're still playing the East teams though. And none of those team will ever rest versus us. But maybe they will rest against Nuggets, Pelicans, Blazers etc.

Not about the opposition really just that resting players increases the likelihood of losses and only really Golden State are in the position where they can do that.

National TV games has an effect on it though.

Just look at how much better a guy like Rondo plays on there. People want to show up for those games.

Well, still, I want to see us play against the best players out there so our young guys can improve.

Sucks that we've had so many injuries over the summer. If Lonzo and Moe Wagner had been healthy we could've had a lot more solid start.

Portland looked good though. Zach Collins has the perfect skill set to be a great center for a modern game.
