Pool and Chelsea are grinding out wins with some mediocre to bad performances at times. Only a matter of when do City pull away than if IMO.
Though I can understand Kick seeing it as a possibility since Chelsea built their title-winning season under Conte on mediocre but consistently winning performances
We'll do everyone a favor and beat City this weekend though.
you lot are the most hopeless teams right after Spurs that opposition teams can hope that you will achieve a favourable result for other teams.
pipe down clown, think we were the last team to beat City in the league and at their stadium no less
couple months has you all hyped up huh, long way to go yet, sure you revert back to your usual numpty selves, clinging onto top 4 with nothing won

No one gives a shit about community shiled its a glorified friendly game and it was sarris first game in charge. And Arsenal was Emery's first game in charge. 0-0 was a fair result at Anfield because both teams were shit that day. We gifted them a penalty out of nothing , its their fault they missed it
And I dont car3 about 2 games in the beginning of the seaso Im talking long term
Frenzy thought a plumber from ukrainian league would dominate the PL, and said a bouncer from Cote d'Ivore aka Bailly would be the best CB in the world in a few years, so no surprise there

City have just so much depth, they're even without De Bruyne for most of this season so far, and Sané hasn't really featured much, two of their absolute top players of last season.
Bernardo and Mahrez have slotted in easily. Mendy wasn't available last season and is now.
Most of all, of course Pep's system of absolute dominance and constant effort rarely leads to struggling or slipping up vs weaker teams.
They're simply superiorly coached. Would take something very, very special to beat Pep to the title, it's not going to happen.

And most of the Liverpool fans are not caught up in any kind of hype at all. In fact your ShizzUtd team and some players were hyped by you.
Anyways, I hope it will be at least a draw but Pep will surely win this one.

Refined strategists like Kevin De Bruyne and Ilkay Gündogan play for the team, along with the electric Leroy Sané, all under the leadership of perhaps the best trainer in the world, Pep Guardiola. It's a one-of-a-kind success story.
had to chuckle at this though

Always makes me laugh when PL fans of clubs who spend 100s of millions complain about City's spending.
The delusion is hilarious, if a Sevilla fan complained about Barca or Madrid spending or a Gladbach fan complaining about Bayern.
Then fair enough, but you are out here spending 70m on defenders and actually have the unmitigated gall to complain about money.

It's not about how much they spend, it's about how that money got into the club through fake sponsor deals, that's against the rules. Read the article first
And we bought a 70m defender because we are selling to Barcelona for 160m. We sell to buy since FSG came to Liverpool, net spend does matter because when you sell a player you are weakening your team
For example some people shit on Pochettino for not winning titles but how do you expect him to do it when he has a net spend of 20m€ since he came to Tottenham while City has 700m€+?

I noticed Pep is also getting exposed for consistently asking his team to foul when they lose the ball upfield so they can run back in defense. Pure anti football, when his counterpress fails, they foul you to stop the counter right away. They have been doing that shit since the barca days. My man Duncan Castles helping to expose the fraud

3 Billion? Scouse economics once more.
If there were more scousers in charge of governments instead of doing time at her majesties pleasure, there would never be any recessions.
Is this 3 billion Net or Gross.....we need to know

Re: 2018/2019 Premier League Discussion Part III
Well, The Guardian and The Independent didn't say how much the deal is worth, so I'm inclined to believe that the other news outlets are simply guessing, although the figures stated hover around the same block:
1. BBC: up to £300,000-a-week. [Link]
2. Telegraph: £300,000-a-week. [Link]
3. Standard: £300,000-a-week. [Link]
It's roughly a £15 million-per-year contract so it's a pretty good deal for him. I don't think anyone else besides maybe PSG would be willing to pay him that much.
