Re: Champions League 2018/19 | Group B
Škriniar getting Tested against Suarez/Kane
although could be in a back 3 anyway

Spurs to win the group stage trophy again. Only to go out against the first team they meet in the knockouts

Re: Champions League 2018/19 | Group B
My thoughts exactly. I love the way Spurs have come to be a great team since the last time we played cl football. We are at the start of our journey and expect them to make it out of the group. I expect us to make it hard for them though. Any embarrassing scoreline and you can expect Spallo to be out.S wrote:I can see Inter doing well in the big games, possibly sneak some jammy wins against Barca and Spurs but go on and bottle it against PSV which would likely crash their qualification hopes.
Group is going to be really tight imo but i see Barca winning it again.

Looks tight on paper, but cant help but feel we could have that much trouble actually? We wont be complacent after what happened with Roma, and CL will be our main aim this season I believe. No afraid of Spurs nor Inter, we are comfortably better than both teams, especially Inter

@Robespierre, how does it feel to be back in the big time? Kind of surreal, is it!

Watching Spurs pass out from the back is so cringe. And Inter's final third balls

Tottenham losing is always a pleasure but I also want Robes and Inter fans to continue to suffer. Conflicted

It's alright in terms of quality but Kane should have made it 1-0. Try to round the keeper (did actually) but pushed the ball too far.

Spurs have been looking like this every week so far, speaks volumes about how shit we were to lose to them (they got lucky though, clinical af compared to us)

The world cup effect? They had the most players of any teams in the WC semis, and they bought no one in the summer.

Was there anyone in Italy that Inter could have bought, loaned or even find a way to sneak in co-ownership to replace Candreva?

And this is why, ignoring the likes of Sports, Nick, Turok, Tito and every other Madridista on this planet, I wanted Icardi. First shot on goal, first shot for the entire game and he scores. That is the forward I wanted and still want.
