Exactly. Forget Neymar, Firmino, Coutinho. The guy from Everton needs to start.

What did those 3 get them over the summer?
Choices need to be based on merit, and not what club someone plays for.

Re: Richarlison Watch
Not any different to what we saw from him under Marco Silva at Watford tbh.
As Jay has said before he was incredibly wasteful last season but so was Sterling before Pep so taking a flyer on him to improve his end product is probably worth it as he's a decently talented forward.

He had a few good games at the start of last season and did NOTHING afterwards.
Neres on the other hand has been absolutely fantastic for us.

He had great first half of the season and then his manager got fired and the new one didn't know how to use him and the whole team was average after that.
He's now reunited with his old manager at Everton and guess what, he's on fire again

Calma. We'll see if he's "on fire" because of the manager or if he just had a couple good games. I'll bookmark his whoscored rating page.

He's the best new Brazil thing since sliced bread?

A few good games and nothing has been good enough to keep Willian in the national team. Why not Richarlison?

Perhaps Neymar could start next to him. Only if he keeps up his form against scrub French sides.

Rodrygo is the best new Brazil thing since sliced bread.
William plays on the right for us, and I don't know if Richarlison has ever played there. William is terrible though. I hope he gets phased out soon.

He's 21 not 24, reminds me a bit of Alli or a better technical version of Muller.

Re: Richarlison Watch
It's not the best comparison (to Alli/Muller). Richarlison actually dribbles players, for a start. Nor is he anywhere near as good in front of goal yet.
He's wasteful so this current scoring run won't last long. But he's playing in a better team who should consistently make shots for him, so on that alone I think he can break double figures.
I don't know what his ceiling is but atm I think he can reach Walcott's level at least, depending on how he develops his game (whether he focuses on goalscoring or remains a creator).
