Didn't think it was a penalty either. This is the same reff that watched a replay of Hernandez clearly handling the ball vs us and ruling it accidental then has no problem whistling a penalty for this handball rofl

Never a penalty, Perisic wasn't even looking at the ball and that didn't even affect the play, there was a Croatian defender behind Perisic who would've gotten the ball either way.

Good final so far, fitting for this WC, set piece goals again... Croatia players are beasts, but France somehow getting that two goals to be in front... Pretty much expect more of the same second half, Croatia will do all they can to equalise and France will try n sneak another goal.

People pls... It's a clear pen. The hand blocked the play. By the referee book it is against the rules. the rule clearly states it just have LOOK deliberate, not be actually deliberate. The movement decides, and to me that was deliberate movement
