Barca want to pay Lenglet's release clause so I suppose Yerry is on his way out, thankfullyUnique wrote:Yerry Mina could be on his way to Anfield, according to a report in Fotomac, with Liverpool reportedly set to rival Fenerbahce's bid for the Colombia defender.
At first I thought he was a good defender but now I'm certain he's not.

Mina can be a good for a team where he doesn't get isolated IMO.
My main concern for him is his ability to defend smaller players 1 v 1, which obviously isn't great for a Barca defender.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
We have reportedly agreed a 4-year deal with Zaza as reported by multiple sources.
The deal is a loan with option to buy- a 4 year deal potentially.
Zaza has reportedly agreed personal terms with milan for 2.5 Mln per season.
This whole deal is predicated on Kalinic going over to spain, we are trying to offload the Croat and wont be doing that unless a reasonable offer is made. Athletico and Sevilla are both in the running but have so far not made any sufficient bids.
My thoughts on this: he is the player i originally wanted instead of kalinic, as he should be in the running for la nazionale, and would fit perfectly into gattuso's plan.
He had a good season last year at Valencia and seems to have rebounded from a dip in form at Juve. He will be a strong, powerful forward who will provide an outlet upfront and surealy can balance Cutrone quite well. I would love to see both upfront in a 4-3-1-2.
Lets hope Kalinic goes and we can welcome a nice addition to our squad.
The article also discusses that our primary target up front is still Immobile however we are waiting on the decision of Andre Silva before Immobile is considered.
Milan will be doing a classic 1-in-1-out policy and will only be adding to the squad where there are departures.

I'm a fan of the Thickness but it's time for a change. He had a great first season, but he was too inconsistent in his second season
Maybe because His Thickness was supported by fantastic playmakers like Khedira, Matuidi, Dybala

TBH after seeing sterling this world cup i'm inclined to agree. his overall play is great but his end product is horrendous

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
Sterling had an unreal return at City, Mahrez may bench him eventually but I don't believe he's being signed to replace him instantly,
and wow, from Cavani, Belotti etc to ZAZA
that's what I call a reality check
Silva being moved on as I still believe Kalinic will sit out the contract

Higgy will be 31 in 6 months
it would be fantastic for Juve to move him on now for 60m and terribly irresponsible from Chelsea
Abramovich has been somewhat financially responsible recent season so I don't believe it

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
yeah
that said if they can recoup 40m on Morata or something then I could see him doing it
Higgy probably has 2 seasons in him at a great level
also gotta remember there's just too much money in the Prem now, Wolves dropping 40m on strikers ffs

If Higuain is that watched in last months, he's really declined. I 'd never spend 60 for him

Barcelona are coming in for Cristian Pavón and are willing to pay his release clause. He could wear the #7 jersey at Barça. [@davellaneda77]

The Barcelona scouting team will forever remain a mystery to me. Their ability to combine genius moves with absolutely horrendous ones is second to none.
On one hand, they forge masterstrokes like signing Ter Stegen or Umtiti. Then they turn to the other direction and sign Paulinho.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
we are also linked with Willian so tbf I'd rather have Pavon lol
But yeah, we basically have no scouting team. They just run Football Manager and go for whatever pops up first
Pavon has a 35M releause clause BTW

Didn't Messi big up Pavon recently? That could be the inspiration behind the signing imo

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
Liverpool have asked about the availability of Juventus playmaker Paulo Dybala, according to reports on Tuttomercatoweb.
The Serie A champions are currently trying to lure Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo to Turin, which may force the Argentina international to leave Juve.
The 24-year-old contributed 26 goals and seven assists in 46 games in all competitions for the 'Old Lady of Italian football' last season.

15 mil net per year
50 mil for paulinho but 100 mil for CR
Paulinho has agreed to return to Guangzhou Evergrande for a 50 million euros fee, he will be paid twice as much as he was before joining Barcelona: https://t.co/yGqNaFkoUq
