With all the just plaudits Salah is getting, my mind jotted back to this talented d-bag of a footballer for some weird reason. It's like he has been forgotten this season, well, ever since Madrid beat PSG. It's even more hilarious when I hear commentators calling Salah 3rd after Messi/Ronaldo. Not hilarious as in it's wrong, just that after all the hullabaloo to get to Paris to be "his own player", Salah is the man most talked about for every rightful reason.

For Neymar's case, he really needs a great WC to get things back on track.

People have short memories and that's why Neymar was a moron to go to PSG. If Liverpool isn't competing for the CL next year (very possible) people will forget about Salah and jump on the hype train of whichever player is the talisman for the CL favorites. It's very sad though because Neymar is a great player and in just one season everyone has forgotten about him

Well it's already hilarious when you put Fakenaldo on Top 2 don't you think? Neymar's been better than him 3-4 seasons already.

He must be changing his mind constantly then because I was pretty sure he wanted to be the biggest star in the team which definitely won't be the case at Madrid.

But either way PSG don't sell and he has a contract till 2022.

I feel like this summer, this world cup, is it for him.

Can he bring it home, or will he forever be confined to the mediocrity of the likes of Robinho?

He'd be 30 by Qatar, and with all the years he has played would most likely be well on the decline at that point. He has to win it this year.
