This is not Mathematically possible since two of the semi finalists have to come from groups A to D and two from E to H.

Golden rule - Two teams can meet each other at two stages only. Either they meet in the final or their is only one other possibility for their meeting. Spain and Uruguay can meet in the second round. They cannot meet in the semi finals. Spain and France can meet in the quarter finals. They cannot meet in the semi finals.
