Re: The Official Summer Transfer Rumours Thread
With all the penny pinching going on, I can't imagine Inter will agree to a fee low enough for Arsenal to afford tbh
If Ed Woodward didn't offer enough for their taste...

Is reliable that guy ?
I rate Perisic but he has been crap this year.
Anyway I'd never give starters on loan with option to buy in January

Re: The Official Summer Transfer Rumours Thread
The most reliable for Arsenal news.
It's a desperate bid from us. I don't see why Inter would let him go without guarantee of getting a fee.
Also, ffs can we stop trying to sign ageing players who will be hard to shift in three years time?

What about the Ozil situation in Arsenal ?
I mean, a swap of loans Perisic Ozil might be possibile?
Even though It seems Football Manager

Can't imagine Özil agreeing to that.
And who's going to pay his wages?

Re: The Official Summer Transfer Rumours Thread
If the stars align, it might be doable.
Ozil doesn't want to leave apparently, but that can change.
Arsenal would have to subsidise his wages during the loan, but if they really want to get rid of him, they'll do it. I mean, paying £200k p/w for a player that's not here is still better than paying £350k p/w for a player who is here yet doesn't get used.
But I don't know how much Inter can pay in wages at the moment, especially since they've struggled with FFP. Ozil's pay is so massive that even with Arsenal's help, Inter would still need to pay at least £100k p/w.

Aida Yespica lives in Milano, not need to fly by plane every week such as in Madrid years
Wages are a problem though
Daily Mirror has written this chance of swap now, garbage source tbf

Arsenal offer loan because they don't want (to give money) or they can't for this session ?

I am sure he will be back to his best once there is a change of scenario. He is still a beast for Croatia so the talent isn't gone.
Let's just hope it's something like 20m

Arsenal should do better than get Perisic tbh
Mediocre player and also old. Why not play Welbeck while you're at it?

Re: The Official Summer Transfer Rumours Thread
I just can’t identify with this Arsenal at all, why do we want an average, 30 year old limited winger? Man Utd refused to sign him despite Mourinho’s wishes and Inter just want to get rid of him, no one else is interested... are these not enough signs to stay away?

It Is totally false .
Inter don't want to get rid of him, not before when he was great (infact he didn't go to United because Inter demanded so much , United fans remember It too) neither now he Is crap
Just Perisic want to leave for Arsnal
He had already expressed his desire to play in Premier League
These are words confirmed by Marotta .
Inter still 'd keep him, but well if he wants to go away... Take a serious bid, not option to buy. Plain and simple.

Re: The Official Summer Transfer Rumours Thread
If Inter wanted to keep Perisic they would actually try to convince him to stay instead of making everything public. They are seeing the mistake they made in the summer and want to rectify it. Hopefully we don’t fall for it but Emery does love his donkeys.Robespierre wrote:urbaNRoots wrote:I just can’t identify with this Arsenal at all, why do we want an average, 30 year old limited winger? No ,
It Is the Marotta attitude
He always does this
He said same things even for Vidal Tevez and Pirlo
Just asking to Juve fans
Nay I post you your old words , you can verify on Translate Google.
P s. Perisic Is the Spalletti's favorite player

Marotta is a genius no doubt, he would’ve sold Perisic in the summer if he was there. Better late than never though.

James Olley: #AFC hopeful of getting a deal for Perisic done before deadline day. Talks are ongoing today with all parties willing to reach an agreement. Inter wanted an obligation to buy clause inserted, but are now open to make it an appearance-based obligation clause.
