Huge f'ing deal for an injury plagued 33 year old, but good on Houston keeping their word. Have to save him for the playoffs and not play him too much though.

this chips away at any leverage the lakers thought they might have had with Kawhi.

A team like Boston or Philly can go for kawhi now and hope they will keep him the same way OKC did.

It might be the case, but I highly doubt that would happen.
