Re: World Cup 2018 General Discussion
On a serious note, only three Concacaf countries have ever got out of the groups, and they have artificially raised the success rate of a really top-heavy federation. This context should be considered with deciding World Cup places. The fourth Concacaf team regularly hammered

The rest it's a battle of D+ teams, it doesn't matter who is the least mediocre.

Dont compare Japan to costa rica. Japan is on course for 4 points....maybe 6 in the next 45 min.

I'd say towards the end of the half Japan looked the better side.

Re: World Cup 2018 General Discussion
One of these teams will play in the final
If Germany finishes 2nd which looks very likely atm , most of the big-ish teams or the 'contenders' will be on the other side of the bracket. France-Argentina and Germany-Brazil in a Round of 16, ufff.

Spain and Belgium/England have a ticket straight to semis.

The US that is worse than PANAMA?They'd go home with a goal difference of something like 1:23
2002- Quarterfinals
2006- Group Stages
2010 - Round of 16
2014 - Round of 16
US been as relevant as teams like Portugal, Belgium, England, Switzerland, Uruguay, more relevant than the likes of Croatia, any Slavic or Nordic countries
Move on. Find a new slant.

Stop living in the past. We used to compete for the CL, nowadays we can't even qualify.
You used to be average, nowadays you can't even get past Panama. That's ok. We both have to live with it, like it or not.
