he is THAT dude indeed, problem is that madrid have like 5 of those lol.Betty La Fea wrote:Man James is that dude.
How on earth did he not make it at real madrid?
He deserves to run his own team, that's how you maximize his potential.

James continuing the trend of Madrid players having fine World Cup campaigns. He was absolutely lovely today.

Falcao can still do it, and James always had it, especially in the NT that lets him run things Colombia definitely should have been the strongest team in this group. Poland so poor though...
That nightmare red card and poor performance from Senegal means Japan with a real chance. Although who knows if Poland surprises everyone and beats them to deny them

Quintero has had a solid two games. James seemed off in the Japan and started a little slow today but eventually found his rhythm.
Having Quintero + James in our starting XI is a must.
We need to get that win against Senegal now

No one ever doubted that he's got talent. He's supremely talented. Problem is, he only seems to perform when he feels like it. I think he's a bit like Özil in that sense. Add to that, the many reports about him slacking off in training, and that's probably the explanation.

Benzema is 30 and would probably be out run by Tony Adams. Though in Lewa's case, think it's just laziness on his part.

It's really a shame, because for once in our history, we have an up and coming generation of players who are technically gifted, as opposed to the traditionally tall and strong ones we've had in the past. For once, it would be nice to not have to watch "hoof the ball to John Carew/Tore Andre Flo" football

didn't even watch the second half, I decided to play CoD with a friend instead lol
Also it goes to show how great Madrid's midfield is if a gem like Hames couldn't make it there. Absolutely magnificent player, he was top scorer at the last WC and now he's bossing it again.

Modric, Kroos and Isco have had a solid WC so far, as well How's CoD, these days? I played it for a couple of weeks together with Versacci, but I haven't been tempted to pick it up again since. Any good updates?

Maybe he meant he was alone up top? Strange decision to bench Milik in this game when you need goals
I had much higher hopes for Zielinski too, he didn't do much

He should honestly just retire from Poland at this point as there is really no need to throw your own teammates under the bus like that. Even if it has truth in it.

Probably meant alone as in alone when the ball came to him, no options as to what to do with it. Which is just true and nothing wrong with saying it.

Yes, retire from Poland. As in International duty. Don't think that's a "calma" suggestion after pretty much blaming his teammates for a World Cup disappointment.

Calma indeed. He's the best Poland have got. You're talking like they're some elite NT that keeps producing WC players. Euro 2020 is around the corner. Bit silly to suggest retirement based on one not so very wise interview.

Re: World Cup (2018) - Group H (Colombia, Japan, Poland, Senegal)
If he feels so alone (to which, I do not think it was him talking about his position on the field), he probably should just focus on his club career hence the retirement suggestion. And Euro 2020, he'll be 31/32 with, more or less, the same quality of players. I wonder if he'll continue being alone then?!

Re: World Cup (2018) - Group H (Colombia, Japan, Poland, Senegal)
He's their captain, obviously he would be the very first person that would be targeted by the Polish media for the team's performances(with him being their best player and all), instead he took the very unwise route of throwing his teammates under the bus. At best, he should be stripped of the captaincy but Poland as an NT can still rely on him going forward.

Re: World Cup (2018) - Group H (Colombia, Japan, Poland, Senegal)
Summary of Poland team controversy after Colombia game (from reddit)
Before WC one of most controversial sport journalist in Poland reports that team done more drinking and parties than Mexico. No one believed him though because he doesn't have a good reputation.
After Senegal game, more voices say that. Some people working at polish team fanpage, Łączy nas piłka, are leaking info about ongoing drama between Lewandowski and Błaszczykowski, as apparently Lewy was fed up about lack of professionalism in team and was outed despite being captain.
After Columbia game, shit hit the fan, players start cracking up and talk about how terrible was the preparations prior tournament, Glik and Rybus openly criticised Nawałka for being bad trainer.
Journalists starts speaking as well, telling that Peszko was chosen for the WC only because Lewandowski made an ultimatum that he would end his carrier in national play.
Some reports say that there was a huge party prior to the team announcement, which ended with some kind of accident with Glik, and that's how he ended up being injured, not during a game of volleyball as was reported in the media.
Stanowski, well informed journalist, says that Fabiański, Krychowiak and Błaszczykowski made a group that is both against Lewandowski as a captain and younger players as starters.
Pazdan fires up atmosphere saying that there will be need to openly talk about what happened in Arłamów, during last trainings before going to Russia.

We're playing Black Ops 3, in my opinion the game isn't that great and I'm only willing to play it if I'm with the friend on the same team and we can talk, otherwise I don't play it at all.
I'm also not up to date with the updates and all that stuff because I don't care, haven't bothered to pick up any CoD since MW2, it's been only downhill from there. Only got Black Ops 3 because it was free on PSN lol, I wouldn't spend a penny on that dross.
