Who will qualify? (Select two teams)
Re: World Cup (2018) - Group B (Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Iran)
We didn't deserve to score. Our final third composure was awful. Hakimi and amrabat useless in attack. Belhanda with a poor game. Feel bad for benatia, he was probably the best player today. Harit and ziyech flashy but ineffective, especially with their final ball.
Overall a draw was the right result.. until bouheddouz decides to lose his mind and score on the wrong team
That being said, Iran is hella lucky the ref didn't start handing out cards. They played like animals today, they were lucky not to get a red at some point.

Re: World Cup (2018) - Group B (Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Iran)
That being said, we DO have a small chance of getting something out of Spain and Portugal. Renard needs to change the attacking scheme up completely. Morroco were solid defensively.. but the attack was disjointed.
In my opinion Algeria in 2014 were better simply because their cohesion in the final third was so good despite their wobbly defense.

Benatia can hit some good diagonal balls.

We were only hitting diagonal balls because the link up between the midfield and attack was so poor that benatia got frustrated and tried to force the issue..

Fennec how is it going to work if you play Wingers at CM? I think it'll really get worse against the next two unless you sort out the counters at the least.

Re: World Cup (2018) - Group B (Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Iran)
Yeah Morocco's attack wasn't balanced at all. He played with like 7 wingers in the starting 11. Ziyech needs to play on the wing rather than at CM. He needs to sacrifice one of those offensive players for a CM/DM.

I don't have any problems with the defense. They played really well. We just overcomitted because like you said, besides boussoufa and belhanda who aren't those type of players, we don't have any true CMs that can move the play forward (a bentaleb, or a modric type player)
So in my opinion morroco need to play a 4-4-2/4-2-2-2 because to be honest that's the best they can do with the personnel. Despite boudheddouz's shocker I would play him with another forward to make up for the lack of link up in the attack.

Re: World Cup (2018) - Group B (Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Iran)
Thanks
Only our 2nd ever win
cant believe it
first choice DM Was suspended
Ebrahimi #9 deputized well
Cheshmi#4 is DM but played Cb today
Queiroz omitted leader of the defence
dropped first choice Left back
played Haj safi #3 who has mostly played CM recent years at LB
Amiri #11 is left winger played Cm today and did well
Ansarifard #10 is CF but played left wing and after sub switched to CM
when you consider all these changes and how many players weren't playing their best positions we really did well
two injuries are big worry,
but lets just enjoy the moment

You've got to be kidding me
can't believe these idiots still start Iniesta and Busquets in 2018
these were finished for the NT already in 2014, even if Alonso got scapegoated
and over Thiago
Thiago would be an upgrade on all of Iniesta, Busquets, and Isco each
