Spurs don't pay that sort of money. We don't sell to Top 4 rivals unless it benefits us.

So unless we're going to get Toby or Eriksen, it's not happening. I'd say there's a 30% chance of it happening, since our interest in Toby is known. And it's probably about fair.

I'd do a straight swap with a 20% selling on fee if Martial comes good.
