I have many brazilian friends who tell me Arthur is the future of the Brazilian national team. Him and Neymar. Neymar up front and Arthur in the midfield.

He has impressed a great many people.

This is a frugal buy all in all, and I expect him to be starting by the end of next season. He won't be Xavi but by the time he hits his prime he will be regarded as one of the world's best midfielders
