The fortress of Old Trafford is protected and defended by referees
No wonder Robertson and Salah didn't go down when they were fouled in the box.
Because, unlike Pochettino, Klopp clearly told his players to try and stay on their feet - and it makes sense why he would do that:
You don't get any calls at Old Trafford anyway. No matter what you do, no matter how blatant the foul is.
It will only become possible for Liverpool to win there once VAR is introduced.

There could of been 3 penalties and a red card, but I would of been upset if my team conceded any of them as well, it was a fortress cause they defended well and outplayed us, ref didn't help, but he didn't change the game.

Sounds like the excuses of a man who realises Klopp isn't good enough to hang with the greatness of Mourinho tbh.

Didn't watch the game... but let me guess: Man U scored a couple then parked the bus. About right?

Yes. The Mou way. We played 9 ATB after that. Tbf when we were actually playing football before the 2 goals it was all us anyway.

If we're playing a game of should of been, we should of put away that vvd chance, converted the 3 penos and put more pressure against a team with 10 men, 5-4 at a minimum our way, let's all just be deluded together.

Expected nothing less than to see this after a Liverpool loss.
Fits.

This thread is not only about today's Liverpool loss. That loss is not a shocking singualarity, but merely part of a series that has long since been engrained into the Premier League.
So I wonder, why do all those other rival fans of Man United, the Arsenal, Spurs, City fans, don't join in solidarity here?
Why the bitching?
I tell you what it is:
Stockholm Syndrome.
All of you have been victimized by Man United's grip on refereeing and their preferential treatment at Old Trafford.
Everytime you play there, your team is better but, oh well, a lucky goal here and there for United, and a penalty shout here and there, and then another 2 or three, not given for your team.
Start speaking out you cowards and opportunists.

Well yeah, The penalties were evident and the red card as well but it's okay. Klopp just can't beat Mourinho over 90 mins.

or even worse, Simeone

Exactly, we should play the game of facts, fact is better team won, more clinical, scored all 3 goals, there was really only one team on the pitch and they did whatever the hell they wanted, controlled both halves with ease with different tactical approaches, if that's not playing football then i really don't know.
Feels wonderful watching an 'exciting' and 'attacking' side like Pool getting hammered like this, specially with that second half display which makes it even better!
Peace!

Not surprised to see Liverpool as having 'committed' more fouls, what with the referee giving every single challenge in Utd's favour.

Nothing new here, has been like that for years at Man U, same as Real in La Liga, they get more favourable calls, especially at home, consistently.
Todays game was over with those Liverpool defending though, not surprised though with a Klopps team, they never defend well. But that 75M new defender ffs, I almost laughed, I mean for that second goal especially he was trying to stay with Lukaku who was miles away from the box and he just left his position all open What a joke. That RB too, so terrible for both goals.

I would've probably let it slide if it was coming from a Girona or Las Palmas fan, but a Barcelona fan? No offense, but you absolutely have no legs to stand on.
You guys won a CL not too long ago after knocking out Chelsea in a game that was branded the scandal of the century.
I'm not going to stand here and pretend that Madrid have never won through controversial refereeing decisions. We certainly have, just like any other big team for that matter. But let's not act as though Barcelona is the mother of all that is good and pure. You guys have won undeservedly countless times, and you are absolutely in no position to cry about injustice. Leave that to your players who have developed an an unparalleled habit of surrounding the referee to complain about every single call that doesn't go their way or influence him to red card someone from the opposition.

No, they don't. You, Barca fans just like to whine about it consistently. There's no end to the victimization with you lot

And they export that crap, too. Can't even watch Bayern anymore, too, now that Pep showed 'em how to "talk to the ref", absolute disgrace.
And nice of you owning up to Real also being on the lucky side of this sometimes. The calls last season against Bayern were disgraceful. And Bayern should know, they get preferential treatment every week in the Bundesliga.

I had no clue people were still taking barcalearning seriously in this day and age
People must have forgotten about The Great Debates (circa 2015) jibers clinics on barcalearning on a biweekly basis
