I'll never forgive the NFL for letting Trump gloat on TV about them hijacking a protest about racial inequality and police brutality to include patriotism.

I still think a summit will happen, and that a deal will be reached where NK gets to keep their nuclear arsenal.

Yup. It's sad because watching those games was a great way for me to bond with my brother, who I don't really have much in common with otherwise. Now that's gone as I'm not going to watch anymore games.

If they thought this was going to stop them from losing money, their even more desperate and dumb than I dared imagine.

The Trump administration is announcing tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from the European Union, Canada and Mexico. The move is sure to raise worries of a trade war with American allies.

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross says there will be a 25 percent tariff on imported steel and a 10 percent tariff on imported aluminum.

President Donald Trump announced the tariffs in March but the U.S. granted exemptions to the E.U., Canada, Mexico and other U.S. allies.

Ross says talks with Canada and Mexico over the North American Free Trade Agreement are “taking longer than we had hoped.” He says negotiations with Europe have “made some progress” but not enough to merit an exemption.

The Philadelphia Eagles Football Team was invited to the White House. Unfortunately, only a small number of players decided to come, and we canceled the event. Staying in the Locker Room for the playing of our National Anthem is as disrespectful to our country as kneeling. Sorry!

Would love to know what "legal scholars" he consulted on this that aren't sycophants. A president pardoning himself is unprecedented so we don't really know what the legal standing is on it to be able to say whether he has that ability or not. He pardoned both Alice Johnson and Jack Johnson to try to show that he's not a racist shitbag. Jokes on him because he still is.

If he wants to impress someone with his pardoning power, he should acknowledge his role in what happened to the Central Park Five, the black housing tenets he discriminated against or the latino judge he insulted during the campaign. He doesn't even have to pardon any of these folks (they did nothing wrong anyway). Just apologize. But he won't do that.

Given that Alice Johnson lost 20+ years of her life that she won't get back, the only winner here is Kim Kardashian. I give her props for this very calculated, shrewd business move. She plays this game well.

He granted 212 pardons during his presidency overall. Most of them were along the lines of the Alice Johnson pardon: drug offenders who received unnecessarily long sentences for minor crimes.
