Is watching football the best form of escapism?

I forgot all my daily problems watching a top class match, like the PSG vs Bayern Game.
It's amazing how you get drawn into the another reality, rooting for the Team and for the hereos. I get bored watching movies, unless a top 20 IMDB rated movie of all time. Video games, feel too old for that shit now.
