Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2017/18
Why not 5 team divisions?
Is that possible
Does divisions even matter though?

You're gonna get torched in the assist category. But usually a mulligan category is good. Gives you advantages in so many others.

Lowry
Kawhi
Ben Simmons
Melo
Point Boogie
Point Blake
Hernangomez
Robin Lopez
JJ Reddick
Gary Harris
Murray
Tatum
Batum
Jaylen Brown
Thon Maker
I took way too many risks towards the end but hopefully it works out lol.
I'm sure some decent waiver wire players will come available anyway.

So what happens next. I pick my team for the week? I can leave it as it is? I can change my team daily depending on who plays or not?

Yes to both, you can change it for the entire week if you are pushed for team or swap them around daily as long as you do it before the game starts.

Had to find a slot to replace Batum as I put him in IL.
Pretty much all of them have risks sadly.

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2017/18
Pretty happy with my team, I legit had Draymond Green, Gary Harris and Jamaal Murray queued and had them picked each time immediately before me. Freeza took Green and I think Mole took the other two.
I missed my last 5 picks unfortunately, power went out and I couldn't manage to get the app downloaded on my phone in time

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2017/18
Last picks usually don't matter as much.
They're only there so we can wheel and deal some more.
Mole knows what I'm talking about. He's gonna propose trades to everyone in a day or two.

They don't matter agreed but I'd feel slightly more comfortable if I didn't take 3 rookies and an OAP.

Only took 2 rookies this year
One of them is a 32 year old pack-a-day smoker.

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2017/18
They do but they don't make or break a team, which I think is what you mean
Anyways, my squad;
Chris Paul
Victor Oladipo
Jeff Teague
LeBron James
Myles Turner
Kevin Love
Jonas Valanciunas
Dwight Howard
Kent Bazemore
Allen Crabbe (this was my last pick then the power went out)
Wesley Matthews
Evan Fournier
Frank Kaminsky
Marcus Morris
Kris Dunn
Put Dunn in IL and added Faired for the luls
I had Matthews/Fournier queued so I think that's why I ended up with both of them, one would have done just fine.
I kind of got myself into a position with no real SGs low on SFs, but Bazemore was a great pick that late in my opinion.
I think Oladipo will be a good fantasy player this season. I was a bit hesitant with Turner but everyone seems to rate him highly

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2017/18
I nearly picked Turner, the basis behind it is he averaged 15 and 7 with George so I think there's credence to the idea that he would score more as the no 1 option on a bad team.

I wanted to take the quality big men that I could early because I feel that there isn't many of them in the league and the drop of in quality is much more apparent later in drafts.
Thats why I avoid one dimensional shooting guards like DeRozan when you can grab a Bazemore/Gary Harris/Tim Hardaway Jr. so much later and get a very similar stat line

Gameday
Can't wait to bury Dani, he seems to be unaware. No set lineup.
Anyone contacted him?

PM a guy who hasn't posted in like two years.
Yeah that will work out fantastically, i'll just update his team when appropriate.
