He said the best would play vs Fiore, and confirmed Buffon would be there. The GK doesn't really need rest, if he is fit he is fit.

Seeing some quotes from Fiorentina players really hyping themselves for this game
Should be a good one. Juve win with a 1-0 from Bern would be nice justice

Really ugly game so far, we aren't matching Fiorentina's intensity
Obviously we have to play them away just before our CL match and they have to come out and put in their try hard performance of the season
Hope we win 1-0 on an ugly goal

Fiore brought their usual top game. Very few mistakes being made. Its stuck. Could be 0-0 or we'll see who makes a mistake first. That penalty scared me.

Don't like the change to the 4-4-2 since Marchisio came out. Wrong sub imo, it was better to play with 3 midfielders. We lost too much in midfield.

Fixed it now with Bentancur in for Bernardeschi

our squad vs Spurs
Buffon, Pinsoglio, Szczesny - De Sciglio, Chiellini, Benatia, Alex Sandro, Rugani - Pjanic, Khedira, Marchisio, Asamoah, Sturaro, Bentancur, Muratore - Higuain, Costa, Mandzukic, Bernardeschi
one of those games where the Wingdzukic strategy can do wonders + Higuain in form + defense rock solid...

It would be nice if this was to be our Juventus-Barcelona of last season. A statement win with goals scored and a clean sheet. I think this will be an incredibly difficult tie for us. You punish yourself when you don't top the group and I wouldn't be surprised to see us suffer.
With that being said, I'm just nervous for this match I think. Were in a strong period of form, as is Tottenham and it should be a good, tough, spectacle

It seems Matuidi and Mandzukic recovered. Both training with the team. Higuain and Bernardeschi still making it back.

Latest lineup vs Atalanta for the second legof the semifinal
De Sciglio, Cuadrado, Higuain, Bernardeschi are injured. Dybala makes the bench, won't be risked for 90 minutes.
Buffon; Lichtsteiner, Benatia, Rugani, Asamoah; Marchisio, Pjanic, Matuidi; Douglas Costa, Mandzukic, Alex Sandro

Didn't even know we play today lol
Sandro as a winger interests me, it's mostly a defensive XI but i see 4 creative players even with all those injuries.
Atalanta will give a great effort but in the end a Juve win 2-0 at worst 2-1

Probably the best midfield we've played all season: Matuidi-Marchisio-Pjanic

And another match to forget but we won and advanced.
You can tell right from the beginning how this match was going to be played. If we carried a lead away to Tottenham I expect we would see similar so maybe having to go out and win is actually a good thing because we were horrible today because we were sitting on a 1-0 first leg lead, a couple big matches coming quickly and we are quite depleted
Still won though

It was necessary. Terribly boring Juve but did what it takes to stay alive for the next two games.

I don't know what to expect at Lazio. Seems like the perfect game to drop points

Hopefully, Lazio really bend over for us on the weekend but it won't happen, they're too good
I can easily seeing us dropping points, I just hope we put in our best against Tottenham. Even if we don't progress, I just want us to put together a good match after the poor first leg

With dybala and Matuidi back we are the better side. I think it will be a tight 1-0 or 2-0 win to us

Apparently Higuain's fitness is really delicate and he'll be rested to see if he makes it in decent condition for Spurs.
Dybala might get to start here.

Biggest week of the season surely
It is obviously important to keep peace in the Serie A Scudetto race and Lazio away is as tough as it gets but more so, going out in the round of 16 would definitely mark quite a sub-par season

Even if we manage to beat Lazio and Spurs I think we'll drop points this month. Against Udinese, Atalanta or SPAL.
The same players that played in the CI will have to go hard against Lazio and Spurs while the better part of our bench is injured. If they do managed to show up big and win the three games in 9 days or so, everyone will be exhausted, unfit, or injured for the next games.
From the beginning I said I see it likely Napoli winning this season and I still see it.

They're better positioned to win it right now, surely.
Between our injuries and schedules, it's not easy. If we advance in the Champions League it doesn't improve, but maybe only becomes more difficult but at the same time, a round of 16 could be a very demoralizing feat that could resonate into the rest of the Serie A season
We still have, Lazio away, Roma away, Atalanta at home, Milan at home, Inter away, Napoli at home, to play and you know if we do advance beyond Tottenham, which is far from certain, we will again have CL ties compounded with tougher Serie A matches
But I like that were going for it on all fronts and were alive on all fronts, in March, given the up and down form and injuries of some of our very key players, it's a good thing
As for Napoli, yes. We called this in September and I am not surprised that they have held up. You can't take for granted a squad that has stayed together for a few seasons and improved each one. We don't even have that going for us due to our constant shuffling of the deck, but when you replace quality with quality, it's usually not a big miss and it hasn't been

I enjoyed both Milans tanking for the better part of a decade but they really need to get back to the top 3/4 now
Napoli finishing 1st/2nd is terrible for Serie A. They *bleep* throw CL and even EL games (Not that they're capable of too much more there) with their squad selections and are always on a light schedule. Both embarrassing the league in Europe and competing for the league and league only is kinda pissing me off.
Hope their small team mentality destroys them within the next 5 years.
