Ndombele is a good talent, but he is nowehere near ready to make the jump and to be a leader for your midfield, which is what you need.

In a few years maybe, but there are too many things he needs to get better at, right now he plays mainly with his athleticism. At a higher level he would get badly exposed.

Hard to justify 200k p/w with that injury record, especially since his performances when he's not injured are not really 200k p/w. He's a good player though. Then again, I'm not super familiar with Arsenal's wage structure, so maybe 200 p/w for his quality fits?

If that's what he wants, I would sell him. Don't think he brings in enough quality or is available enough to be demanding that much

Our wage structure is already terrible so why not add Ramsey’s £200k/week to it. Let’s sign up Wilshere for £150k/week too while we are at it. I mean we have already secured the services of Mohamed Elneny for a few more years on an improved deal and we are trying hard to sign up Welbeck too.
