Chile win 3-0 on penalties. Portgual missed all three of theirs
Why didn't Ronaldo take a pen when they needed to score?

Some awful penalties from Portugal. Like, as bad as Brasil all those years ago and I too wondered why they didn't let Ronaldo take instead of Nani or Ronaldo go up to take it himself.

LMAO that penalty for Chile was obvious even at first glance and VAR still missed it. How the hell did that happen?

Also Bravo saving three penalties in a row must be like a historic moment or something, right?

I mean, the Confed cup really is not a big deal but VAR need to up its game. As linetty mentioned, that was an easy pk call.

VAR made 4 right decisions before this but sure it's a failure because it's not 100% right
Instead of 5 mistakes which would've happened without we now have 1, which is much better than what we're used to, so yeah it's been a massive success so far.
So not only is VAR bad at making calls, causing ref confusion and insane delays, but it also misses stonewall penalties
Embarrassing.

Re: 2017 Confederations Cup
LOOOOOL~!!! Bye bye Ronaldo, no more fluke trophies with Portugal As usual he wanted to take the 5th for the chance to be the hero, DENIED Cant even get into the final of the Confeds LOOOOL!!!!
Justice though, that double hitting post+crossbar Chile had, and they just had more experience and stamina. They didnt win 2 Copas for nothing.
VAR FIFA must be gotten scared of all the criticism and stopped using it
Gomes we need to sell him, at least just keep him for rotation, hes still not starting material for us for course.
Bravo showed hes still a top GK
