Days Gone

Not bad at all, considering the developers themselves admitted to having to rush the game out. There really aren’t a lot of notable releases around this period, though.

Where was this? It got delayed like 3 times lol.

Timing of the release date is very important in the (at least short term) sales. Last year's examples are Hitman 2 and Shadow of Tomb Raider both of which were top games but were overshadowed by bigger releases and consequently didn't sell very well.

Hitman 2 is great, SOTR is not top in any way. It was way worse than Rise, was an okayish game overall.

I read it just after the game was released. Can't be arsed to look it up. I didn't know the game had been delayed, at all.

It was supposed to come out last year and then again in February.

I'll take your word for it but i don't remember seeing anything about it.

I'm pretty sure someone even mentioned it on here.

I was talking about Mafia 3 not Days Gone

I assumed you were referring to the same article. Some guy said their dev team struggled to wrap things up in time for the initial release date. Something about them having little experience with such an ambitious title.

Yh Mafia 3 was rushed, there was no doubt about that but i've seen nothing about Days Gone.

Game looks ass

Kinda regret talking trash without even playing, this game is pretty damn good.

I think I might be the only person in the world to prefer Days Gone over The Last of US.

I love them both, but I honestly liked Days Gone better., especially the story. In fact, I think it's the best zombie-based post-apocalyptic game I have ever played.

I saw that it had many mixed reviews and many people are trashing it, but honestly I don't understand why. But to each their own.

I wish they had made Days Gone 2 though. I have already signed the petition, but I know it probably wont happen. Such a shame.
