I'm saying I don't watch the Belgian league so I don't have a clue how good the kid is. I remember him being hyped a couple years ago, I'm asking if he's "still" justifying the hype. I'm asking this because most players who are hyped as 17 year olds turn to shit. Sure you have your Mbappe's and Messi's etc where they're legit, but the vast majority get overhyped and then disappoint.

Since Monaco is buying him, and for decent money, I'm clarifying then that this kid must still be the real deal people thought he was a couple years ago. It seems he is.

Dunno about Bertolacci but Poli was massively hyped once upon a time. Mainly when he played for Sampdoria, vividly remember comparisons to Pirlo.

Reckon people were confused because of his similar hairstyle and name but still.

People straight up got hyped because there was a long haired Andrea P. going around in midfields

Musacchio os a solid move by Milan. Might even make me watch them every once in a while. Guy used to be a beast before he got injured and I think he recovered some of that form this season

Very good... doesn't have elite ability imo mainly because of his questionable football IQ. But he's very young so you never know.

Yeah lack of football IQ is something i have also observed from rare games i have seen(CL games).

I am getting the impression Conte wants to sign him to compliment Cesc in midfield. Given Cesc being very important player due to his creativity, intelligence, and passing. But he lacks athleticism, to balance that you compliment him with two very athletic players like Kante and Bakayoko.
